What sets this tour apart:
This three days two nights excursion from Kota Kinabalu combines an amazing island trip with a relaxation in one of the least visited beaches around the popular tourist capital of Sabah.
What you’ll see or do:
D1 Pulau Tiga Snorkeling + Mud Volcano Bath
In the morning, pick up at the hotel in Kota Kinabalu and visit Pulau Tiga Park (Survivor Island), made famous thanks to the highly successful reality TV series, "Survivor". It takes about 2 hours drive to Kuala Penyu Town Jetty and about a 30 minutes boat ride. This untouched piece of natural playground was beautiful with its landscape and a bountiful marine life. After a quick photo shot on the beautiful White Sand Pit island, grab your mask, fins and snorkel and head to the sea where you can find lots of juvenile marine life. One can simply jump off from the boat and can spend the time swimming or snorkeling in its clear turquoise waters. After swim or snorkeling sessions, transfer to the main island of Pulau Tiga Park. A light refreshment (sandwich & water) will be served on the island. The next activity on the island is a short jungle trekking to the mud volcano for some therapeutic skin pampering. Freshen up and pack up at 1.30 pm and take a boat transfer back to the mainland. After a quick drive, arrive and check in at Tempurong Golden Beach Resort, a basic but comfortable hideaway. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.

A complete stress free day. Free and easy to sunbathe, swim, boat row and snorkel at the beautiful seafront or just stroll along the deserted beach. For ultimate relaxation, lay down on the hammock to enjoy the sea breeze while reading a book. The resort is located at Kuala Penyu, or Turtle Estuary, and you may visit a small Sea Turtle Conservation Nursery for a chance to spot baby turtles. In the late afternoon, walk towards Love Rock for romantic sunset viewing & take beautiful selfies before strolling back to the resort for dinner. At night, you may lay down on the beach to observe the Milky Way, a great way to pass the night in this seclusive hideaway. Overnight at Tempurong Golden Beach Resort.
